A Lakeside Village That Has Rebuilt
Conjola Park is a residential village on the shores of Lake Conjola, north of Milton. It is a quiet, close-knit place of permanent residents, retirees and holiday homes, with bush on one side and the lake on the other. On New Year’s Eve 2019 the Currowan fire swept through, and a large number of houses in the village were destroyed.
In the years since, streets have filled with rebuilt homes alongside those that survived.
