Disk encryption
A lost or stolen laptop does not have to mean a data breach. Will encryption slow my computer down? On modern hardware the impact is negligible – encryption runs transparently in the background and you will not notice it day to day.
What happens if a user forgets their login? We securely hold recovery keys, so access can be restored without any loss of data.
Do we really need it if we have passwords? Yes. A login password alone does not protect the data if the drive is removed and read elsewhere; encryption is what actually keeps it unreadable.
